ToolParadise - Toolparadise.com Tool Paradise No customer service no order info Internet

I placed an order on 4/26/09 and paid extra for 2 day shipping.
I was charged for the shipment on 4/29/09.
I emailed for tracking info on 5/2/09 and didn't hear anything back.
I emailed 5/6/09 and haven't received a response back.
On 5/6/09 I tried using their online inquiry response tool through their website but it didn't work.
On 5/6 and 5/7 I called their customer service line and the main mail box is full.
On 5/6 and 5/7 I left messages on several extensions I was able to get to from the customer service line but I haven't heard anything back.
On 5/6 I left a message with their answering service, but I haven't heard anything back.
On 5/7 I tried leaving a message with their answering service, they got part of my message, but then the line went dead.

From other reports/reviews of the company, it looks like they have been causing problems for numerous consumers the past few months.
Even if I ever do get my order from them their customer service is horrible and no reputable company should charge you for shipment prior to a known/verified shipping date.
