I am speaking out here on behalf of all of those who CANNOT LEGALLY SPEAK THEIR ARGUMENTS due to the fact that TooSpoiled.com's contract requires that any blog/public/internet postings by those who have agreed to their "employment contract" must be approved by TooSpoiled.com, or the posting is grounds for termination, and it provides TooSpoiled the opportunity to collect up to $100,000 in damages. You may have seen this on another RipOff Report that already exists at the time I am posting this.

TooSpoiled.com contacted me today through a CareerBuilder resume that I maintain. The email was very professional, polite, and even appeared somewhat personal (unlike most spam). It described their interest in hiring me (not as a talent scout or model - as another position which I will not mention, as it will likely narrow me down to any of their people who read this). The link in the email directed me to an application page, where I noticed a set of checkboxes that read:

I would like to receive information about higher education opportunities.
OR
I do not feel I would benefit from educational opportunities at this time.

I immediately recognized this as a means of generating advertising revenue. This advertising mechanism should never appear in a job application for a legitimate company, and as far as I have ever heard or seen, it doesn't.

I proceeded to do a little research with the help of Google. What I noticed first was a result from the xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. This result was somebody in a situation similar to my own who was inquiring as to whether or not the website/company is legitimate. This post was followed by 6 responses that ALMOST appeared to be legitimate, but the mere fact that ALL 6 RESPONSES WERE FROM BRAND NEW MEMBERS TO THE FORUM WHO HAD NO MORE THAN 2 TOTAL POSTS EACH made it clear that it was an effort on the part of one individual to drum up support for TooSpoiled and make it appear as though the company is legitimate. One of the board's moderators researched the issue and found that the 6 posts were all from the same user (likely because they came from the same IP Address - meaning they were from the same physical location). ((((REDACTED)))

Furthermore, I was able to find the other existing result on RipOff Report that explained in even more detail what TooSpoiled does once you actually "work" for them. I suggest you read it here:

I was lucky enough to be skeptical about this company, but I imagine many others are not, and essentially these people who do sign up are just generating revenue for the company itself, not for themselves, and in the worst situations, these people might be leaving their own current jobs to work for TooSpoiled, only to find themselves in a financial bind. I hope that this company either becomes legitimate in its operations or goes out of business.
