I truly trusted this website because the product was endorsed by Oprah, Rachael Ray, CNN, The Wall Street Journal, abc.com and more. Plus, it started out by saying "Buyer Beware"-Not all Acai Supplements are created equal. So I agreed to pay the shipping of $3.95. Figured I had at least a month to try the product to see if it worked for me. NOT! Not only did I never receive the Acai Berry Power 500, I was charged $29.95 on my credit card by a company called Fit Factory! I called the 800 number on my bank statement which was invalid. So I went on-line, found Fit Factory, called and cancelled, the girl said they were not associated with the Acai Berry company and I would have to contact them for a refund. I have no idea if I will be charged again next month.
