Top Fan Shoes.Com Top Fan Shoes They Take Your Money and Run Internet

I placed an order for a pair of Tod's Gommino driving shoes, and when I went to enter my credit card info, Capital One initially declined the transaction. I should have stopped there, but I okay'd it. After placing my order, I received an email from SSLPayGate.com on behalf of Top Fan Shoes confirming it, but I never received any confirmation that my order had shipped, as I was promised I would in the confirmation email.

I found this odd, but as the shoes were shipping from China, I was more patient as I know it can take awhile. Three weeks had passed and I did not hear from them, so I went to the website to pull their contact info. The only contact info. provided on the site, or anywhere, was an email address, service@topfanshoes.co, along with the following (false) statement:

"We provide super customer service for our customers. You can contact us with any questions or enquiries via E-mail: service@topfanshoes.co, our customer representative will get back to you shortly! Topfanshoes to be your best."

I sent three separate emails and did not receive a response to any of them. I then proceeded to call Capital One to fight the charge, and they were great. They refunded the money to my account, and are doing an investigation in to the practices of this "business." Do not order anything from this sketchy website.
