I contracted this company to move my personal belongings from PA to Florida.  The contract stated it was guaranteed to delivery on July 8 after they picked up July 3.  The moving truck never arrived.  I was told several times by "Tammy", an ignorant and magnanamus "employee", that they had rescheduled the delivery for July 12.  On July 12, after calling and leaving over 10 messages, I finally got Tammy to answer the phone.  She stated she would try to locate the truck and call me back.  She never called back and the delivery never arrived on the 12th either.

Upon getting back to PA, I finally got Tammy on the phone days later.  She stated that the furniture was still in New York, when previously I had been told that the truck was already on its way to Florida and that the delivery could not be cancelled.  When I called this to her attention, she became very rude and yelled at me ,"Do you want to take an attitude with me, or do you want me to deliver your stuff?"  She then told me it was rescheduled to deliver on Friday, and that she was sure it would deliver, as that is the amount of time they legally had to make the delivery according to Federal law.

Tammy neither called or responded to email when I called to ask what time the truck would deliver on the 19th.  NO ONE from this company ever calls me back or answers emails!  I finally got her on the phone and asked her for the address where my belongings were being held hostage.  She refused to give me this address.  I then told her I wanted them to bring the furniture BACK to me in PA so I could have a REPUTIBLE company deliver it to Florida.  Tammy told me she would check with her "Manager" as to how much it would cost to bring the stuff back to me.  Since I had already paid them $900 cash to move it to Florida, I told her I wanted the stuff back and a CREDIT since they violated the contract.  She told me, "that isn't going to happen.  AS I SAID, I will call you back when my manager tells me how much you WILL pay to have us bring it all back."

They had also told me via phone when I booked them that I could pay by personal check.  AFTER the movers had loaded up my belongings, they told me I had to pay CASH.  I showed them the paperwork that stated personal check was acceptable, and they then told me that unless I paid cash, it would take over 2 months for the stuff to deliver to Florida, as the banks all had to clear the money and it had to be in their account before they would even schedule the move.  They left me with no choice and took all my cash, then NEVER delivered.

They STILL have my belongings and will not return ANY phonecalls or emails.  They have had my belongings since July 3, and are holding my stuff against my will.  They will not tell me where it is, or allow me to come and get it.  I now was told by the DOT after filing a complaint with them that their license was REVOKED after they defrauded many customers and made ILLEGAL moves with people's belongings.  I was informed that I will have to file a civil lawsuit to get my stuff and money back.  WHAT?????

I am in the same situation. They came to pick up my goods on June 29. I was moving from ny to California. The disappeared and have all my goods and I am trying to find out where is their storage. The adress in Brooklyn listed on their website is residential, the adress in queens is an abandoned office. I am trying to seek help though government agency but no luck so far, I still have not located my goods.
