Top Rank Appliance Repair , Appliance Repair top rank came to my home to repair my samsung refrig. charged $110.00 & $ 68.00 for labor & parts than we still had same problem top rank came out again this time just charged us for the new part $61.00 then cashed our check and now we can't get them to call us back or come back to put the new part in. Clovis California

top rank appliance or who ever they are, came out to repair our samsung refrig. top rank showed up late very, hard to get them on the phone, finally showed up said they needed a check for the part only. we gave a check for $68.00. top rank after a week of missed calls and messages showed repaired the fridge and collected another check for $110.00.
later that day we still had same problem with our fridge. another long proscess of contacting top rank they came out again this time collected a check for the new part for $61.00 cashed it same day and have made contact with top rank twice and were assured top rank would be at our at 7am the next day no show twice. now top rank never returns any of our calls. so i ron g**** went to 1175 e shaw clovis ca 93611 and to my suprise they top rank doesn't exist

You say this is a false report but give no information to suport that. The "whoever they are" statement is because if you do a little research you find Gutierrez and VG Appliance repair are other names. All addresses and phone numbers are bogus too!
What is your name, company name, address, phone number?
I have heard several horror stories regarding Top Rank Appliance all up and down the central San Joaquin Valley...

first off who is this customer, we do not have him listed under our work orders as a customer complaint what samsung refrigerator, and also he states top rank or "whoever you are" not kowing who he is talking about , but yet ripoff report allows this to be displayed with out really knowing who he is really trying to post, in five years of business we have no complaints NONE until now and it makes ONE and its a customer who posted about the wrong company but yet for us to get into detail and investigate to clear this up we have to pay over a thousand dollars. Now that sounds like a SCAM. Stop making false accusations and fake customers ripoff report just to make money.
