Top Styling Now Refused to issue RMA at end of 14 day trial period Internet

 The item was offered as free attached to a survey I completed for Time Warner Cable service. I paid shipping and handling of 5.99 on my credit card. This was on 2/26/16. Today 3/11/16 my credit card was charged $98. I asked company for a refund and all they did was cancel my account. I asked for RMA to send to item back for refund and they stated that since today is 15 days since I placed the order their 14 day trial period expired and they were willing to issue $25 refund. I threatened to have my lawyer call them and they upped the refund to $45 dollars. My attorney unfortunately is out of town doing tax preparations as he is also a CPA. I want a full refund and don't know what to do next.
