Top Two USA has a 15 year strech with being a licensed automobile Dealer in the State of Florida...10, 000 vehicle sales?
6 complaints, 3 of which were filed by X employees??? in 15 years Not once fined, all were found "Top Two USA in compliance" Dismissed...
100% positive feedback e bay 11 years???
500,00 line of credit with various banks???
Not perfect...but LICENSED Each year Carl Altieri must prove his credit worthiness, and be scaned for felonies...

There are 10 agents who work with Top Two , and use there own monies??? Now they have been active almost ten years, with the exception of Tim, who is 3 years now...Have they lost money with Carl...NO WAY

Ya gotta wonder... Joey said he served his country, but is unable to recieve VA Bennifits...Drug conviction does not help... felon ???
