I'm an EX-exployee of Topaz Financial Services. CONSUMERS PLEASE BE AWARE!!! Topaz Financial Services is one of four different companies operating under different names-- Mesa Rock Financial Services in Houston, tx, Swift Rock Financial Services in Austin, Tx, and Cy Debt based in Austin, tx. They all operated under different names to hide there shady reputation. They prey on desperate vunerable people with high credit card debt and charge them extremely high services fees--15% of debt load and $74.95 monhly fee.

After working at Topaz for a few months, I realized that the clients CAN CALL THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES THEMSELVES AND GET ABOUT THE SAME SETTLEMENT WITHOUT PAYING TOPAZ THE EXTREMELY HIGH FEE. Additionally, they don't tell the customers that there is a chance they can be sued, have liens place on them, or have wages garnished.

Furthemore, while I worked there I realized they were so concerned about signing up new clients that they didn't service all the existing clients liked they should of. I had several customers call me and ask me if Topaz had worked on there file a couple of months after they signed up just to realize Topaz had NOT done any work on the file. They are run like the shady company in the movie "Boiler room" and the Owner Derrin Scott and minority owner professess to have a company based on Christian principle yet they engage in decietful and deceptive behavior.

The minority owner Jordan Lane teaches employees techniques to prey and manipulate vunerable people with credit card debt and is very deceptive and decietful to employees. The minuute someone questions his tactics or their paychecks (which are usaully short) he instantly fires them and calls the cops to excort them out of the building. He does that just to humiliate the ex employee and to scare the other employees. They still owe me roughly $3100 in back commission and they are going to be reported to the San Antonio News by ex employees for their deception.

Consumers you have to make up your own mind but consider yourselves warned. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND ANYBODY DO BUSINESS WITH TOPAZ FINANCIAL SERVICES, SWIFT ROCK FINANCIAL SERVICES, MESA ROCK FINANCIAL SERVICES, OR CY debt. THEY ARE VERY DECIETFUL AND DECEPTIVE. HOPE THIS MESSAGE HELPS ONE OR TWO PEOPLE NOT BE CHEATED.
