The first two items I bid on and received were nice but from that moment on the items I received were not what I bid on or what was pictured and described.   As a matter facct I was sent items that were not even close to the item i had phone number at any of their locations. I text the through their site :

Contact Customer Support and would receive a general generic response that had nothing to do with the issues I felt needed to

be addressed.  I repeated texted them without any personal responses and If I did get a reply it would not be to help or resolve the issue but their promise of buyer protection, that if an item is returned and it was sent from overseas the return postage would have to be buyers responsibility, and perhaps,  no guarantee that the postage would be included in the refund. It is not cheap to return packages to CHina, and they would onkly give a store credit. THey showed no interest in my complaints or their fraudulent activity as to the bidding and to the buying.

I complained and blogged them on my facebook account, the next day there was a charge of over 120.00 to Wolf Trading CO.

Utah. THis was a criminial act to defraud me of my money and to get financial gain.  THIS COMPANY WOLF Etc. is affiliated with  TOPHATTER, they either hacked into my account or which I seriously believe my account information with TOPHATTER was made available to WOLF TRADE CO.  THEY ripped me off with their cheap knockoffs, not sending the actual item bid on, and the bidding description was different then the description on the order site after it was delivered.   I did some research and CEO is a criminal by all standards and has been conning individuals out of their money using different company names, different locations and has no ethics, integrity or self worth.  He has no shame.

THIS C OMPANY SHOULD BE BULLDOZZED BLOWN UP AND DEMOLISHED.  WHAT EVER IT TAKES IT HAS THIEF WRITTEN ALL OVER IT.

Unlicensed Auctioneer States

Utah and California do not require auctioneers to be licensed.  This means you have no legal recourse unless the dollar value is a state or federal crime such as Grandy Larceny.

Contact your credit card company and let them know these are unauthorized charges.  There are laws to protect you called Bank Fraud.

Good Luck.
