topjerseyfactory Bait and Switch, Internet

I ordered several soccer team shirts and jackets from this company.  They charged my credit card and a couple of days later emailed me that the shirts I ordered were out of stock and they wanted to substitute at their discretion.  I informed them I did not want substitutes as they were gifts specifically requested by my grandson.  I told them to cancel the order and cancel the charges. 

Several days later they emailed again and asked if they could substitute if they gave me a pair of sunglasses.  I said no.  At this point I notified the credit card company to refute the charges.  I also let topjersey know.  Their reponse was if I did not tell the credit card company they would refund my money but it would take around one month to process the papers.  If I told the credit card company they would take 3 months before they would process a refund.  To date I have not received a refund.  I copied all correspondence to the credit card company and am sure I will not be held liable but that is not the way a company is supposed to do businesss.
