In 2012, I purchased what was packaged and labled as a ( Complete Set ) of Topps Baseball Cards. I decided to keep them in the original package, so that one day I would be able to give them to my Grandson in pristine condition.

On this past All-Star Game, July 14th, 2015, my family talked me into opening them up, which I reluctently did. They had a favorite Rookie that was playing in the game and wanted to see what his card looked like.  Since the names and card #'s were on the bottom of the box,  I knew right where to look for his card.

When I opened the box,  the cards were in total disarray, backwards, upsidedown,  and totally out of order.  So, I had to take the whole set out and put every one back, one by one and in order.  It took me two days to do this and when I was finally done, sure enough there was one card missing from the set and it was a Rookie Card.

I've written about 5 letters to "Topps" to give them a chance to rectify the problem.  They tell me that there is nothing they can do since the "Complete Set", ( which to me looks like it was put together by either Monkeys or just a thief ) is over a year old.  I think if Topps can't give me the card I need to complete the set, that I should get another set or at least a few packs or anything, even a stick of gum from the 60's, when I began collecting Topps Baseball Cards, something, anything !

If they can't do anything, then they should buy back from me the Rip-Off set that they sold me.
