Once again, we at Top Rank Listing have never hid or denied that we took over eBoost Medias book of business - sorry to deflate this big moment of discovery for you Julie - but that has always been fully disclosed to the clients that had been taken over.

So lets review:

1. We would not have access to your business, unless Top Rank (or in some cases eBoost Media) had submitted your listing to the search engines, including Google. Lets say you are not lying and we did "take" your listing from you - if you did the submission, you would have been called by Google and have to ACCEPT the transfer! Is that what occurred here Julie, you are saying that we claimed your listing and you approved the claim transfer? I don't think so, and you absolutely know that is not true.
I, nor anyone who works for Top Rank Listing, has ever - or would even waste their time - trying to claim random listings from Google. That would be a colossal waste of time and take from the work we do for our clients who are happy and actually understand what we do.

2. I called you because apparently we had your listing (either from eBoost or our own -I am not sure who you are) and had left it up to see if our techs could rank it higher - ALL AT NO COST TO YOU! You have not paid me anything for that work.
My attempt at showing you, or any of the dozen of people I have spoken too, was to let you know that we had been working on these accounts - again AT NOT CHARGE TO YOU - and that your listing was on the front page, we have extended a substantial price reduction and would like to continue to service the account. If you opted not to stay with us, and declined the offer I simply removed your listing from my control! YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO SUBMIT YOUR OWN LISTING - it is a free country, yes a free service from Google - but it is not free for me to submit and than service the account.

3. As to the free part - lots of things are free to do... you are free to submit your own website, WEBSITE LISTING IS FREE - but SEO companies everyday charge $20,000 or more in some cases. Why? Because there is work to be done for it to be seen! You could do it yourself, but 99 out of 100 of those will never be found because, by no fault of your own, you don't have the knowledge to optimize the site so that you are pulled and viewed by your clients. It is the same with the Google listing - we perform many actions in our tech end to make sure that your listing ranks higher because of the relevance we added. YOU CAN DO THAT TOO - if you know the tricks of trade, and I wish you luck. You can defend yourself in court, but you pay an attorney - you can cut your own hair, but I bet you pay for your haircuts too - you can more your own lawn, clean your own house, wash your own car, change your own oil and so on and so on! We use the people who know their trade better than we do to perform all kinds of tasks for us in life - this is no different, we are good at what we do - and I am sure that you are good at what you do - the service we provide lets you get on with what you do for your livelihood and not have to worry about and service your listing regularly.

4. Lastly, I thought this site was to report wrong doing - WHERE IS THE WRONG DOING? YOU PAID ZERO DOLLARS, and you are free to try it on your own - nobody is stopping you!! Have at it, and when your listing isn't where you hoped it would be, please feel free to call me and I will be happy to work on your listing for you and we can negotiate a fee for that service.

Julie, ask yourself why - if there are 100 people in your industry - why is one ranked in the first position and another, in the exact same industry ranked 99? It isn't luck or magic Julie, there are algorithms and processes that ranks one higher than another.
