Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I have a screen shot of TopResume.com's homepage for all resume writing packages that clearly states a guarantee to redo a resume if person doesn't get 2x interviews in 60 days. Instead of honoring this, they sent me (after originally denying guarantee) of language in terms stating applies to certain packages without naming the packages it applies too. Blatant false advertising and one of the main reasons I used them. They need to remove this guarantee and/or honor it.

Ok, however, as shown below the guarantee is listed on every order page. I'm not even sure I reached a page that listed all packages since it was a special advertisement/ deal to begin with. Any exceptions need to be made clear at time of order, not after the fact. It is dishonest.

Hi there, Please see the attached screen shot. Under the two other types of packages you'll see the 60-day interview guarantee listed, however it is not listed under the Professional Growth package.

Hello- That is the package I ordered, however, after I clicked on the link you attached above it does still mention the guarantee right above package. I can not find the exclusion anywhere.... I'm also waiting for second screenshot to be attached to this complaint.

Hi Julie, We are very sorry for the misunderstanding. As you can see at in the screen shot you attached, "only certain packages are eligible for our guarantee." And as you can see on our pricing page here: topresume.com/resume-writing, the Professional Growth package does not include the 60-day interview guarantee.
