Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
TopResume guarantees a 48 hour turnaround. They did not live up to this ... but when they did send me my resume, they did not even use correct English or specific words that enhanced my CV. They clearly didn't even look up examples to copy from the internet. I was also promised that they use a search engine to guarantee that your resume has the keywords necessary for the job. "Excellent" is not a keyword in my profession. I never received the LinkedIn profile. I never received a second draft. Now that I see all the complaints, I guess I will not receive a refund either. Absolutely a ripoff and fraudulent.

They write nice letters stating they will refund the money since you are not satisfied, but the refund never shows up. Whatever you do ... they don't deliver!!!! They just take your money. Absolute fraudulent! If you've been a victim, file a consumer suit against them to get them out of business.
