I received an e-mail sale offer from what appeared to the a Coach Store. I ordered 2 purses on April 18th. I received a confirmation number from them on April 21st. At that same time, I wrote the e-mail address asking for information on a return policy. I received no answer back to my question. I called Coach and confirmed that this company is not an authorize Coach supplier. I immediately e-mailed the company and told them to cancel order. They said it was too late and goods had already been shipped. I contacted my bank immediately and disputed the charge. The company has still failed to give me a return policy statement and, upon receiving my e-mails disputing charges, has stopped communicating with me. I highly suspect the purses are knock-offs.

PHONEY COACH BAGS

I sent an original report. I have received the two bags I ordered and, as feared, they are knock off and not even good ones. They are cheap and don't even attempt to look like Coach bags. The bags are plastic (not leather) and smell horrible. The hardware is poorly stamped and even the Coach logo is affixed crookedly.
I am embarassed that I fell for this. It has been reported to my bank and I will hold the bags in the event I can turn them over to a more powerful authority.
Do not order from this company under any circumstances. Confirmned fraud!
