So this young lady came to my door to sell me books/magazines.
I was reluctant because I had been ripped off before several years ago in California. Ordered a Bible, never got it. But I have a neice who does door to door marketing and she is honest and so I thought O.k.I will give it a shot.
Thought I was being so careful,asked for info regarding the info she gave me,got a name,webpage, telephone # etc.
Went to the webpage TOPSACHEIVEMENT PAGE/MICHAELANGELOBOSCH. Read all the stuff and decided to give her a shot.
Well you guessed it,no merchandise,no reponse from email,no answer from the phone #.
Should have gone to Ripoff Report before I sent that check.

I read your post and am very sorry to hear that you did not receive your books, especially from a family member you pruchased from. I am not sure what may have happened but rest assure we in our program work to try and restify and and all complaints so if you can please email me a copy of your receipt so that we can research this order and forward it to the clearinghouse we're dealing with I can try tro get your order mailed or push to get you a refund if the order was of our doing. Oftentimes some of our participants may not take the time to write the order clear bold or legible and the company has to pull the order and redo them manually causing a backlog and delay of several orders, other times a customer makes a deposit and does not mail in the balance on time or was not made aware that they have a balance and so both are waiting. the company is waiting for the balance customer is waiting for the books but what ever the reason please send me information and let me work to rectify this situationfor you'Please email me at powerprogram33@gmail.com

We here with the Tops organization and the P.O.W.E.R. program would like to apologize for any problems or delays on the delivery of your order and we are doing all we can to work with the clearinghouse to rectify this situation and get your orders out asap.
According to the company's explanation to this problem some of the young participants writing out orders did not write clear bold or legible on some of these orders so they had to get pulled and redone manually therefore causing a backlog and delays of many orders affecting prompt delivery and others customers did not mail in their balances or were not made aware that they have a balance so we ask that all potential customers please check your order before signing or paying for your order.
Make sure it is clear bold and legible and that you understand your order and receipt . If you paid the total allow up to 90 to 120 days for delivery or product,If a deposit was made you understand that YOU MUST mail in your balance in 10 days or two weeks before receiving your order, if the total was made make sure your receipt read total paid and zero balance and if you feel uncomfortable with the person then DON'T PARTICIPATE .
If there's a problem with your order or you feel that you don't agree with your order please email us a copy of your receipt with an explanation at powerprogram33@gmail.com
We want to continue to assist many of these young participants in the future with their goals and help them change their lives through this second chance work study program but we will not allow screw ups and we have had one or two that sometimes like to try to test the program or push the envelope to lie cheat steal or deceive to earn points and win cash awards and this we DO NOT condone or accept and once caught they are terminated from the program
If you are an elderly a minor teen or child a female alone etc we suggest you do not open your doors.
Our main concern is the safety of the public We do need and appreciate your business and participation but safety comes first so if you do decide to help make sure to check all the info necessary.
Like our disclosure explains' If we feel that the contract we have with the company / clearinghouse is NOT fulfilling their duties & responsibilities to satisfy customers , rectify complaints and assure prompt delivery then we will have to make changes in the future to find a more suitable company to deal with.
Rest assure we here with the P.O.W.E.R. program are doing all we can to resolve any issues problems or complaints on our end so again since we ARE affiliated with the clearinghouse by having them clear our orders then I feel it necessary to once again apologize for any inconvenience on your order
We truly appreciate your order and sincerely thank you for taking the time out to help some of thse young folks but please dot your I's and cross your T's first
