I am Cindy, the CEO, founder, owner & operator of Topshelf Entertainment & I do want to set the record straight.  I am most definitely rebutting the completely erroneous, ludicrous accusations made by an unknown source that my company brainwashes, injures, & does not pay our independent contractors as noted on this website, ripoffreport.com (fyi- they failed to qualify this complaint before positing, which in itself is not fair or accurate, nor has it been researched to validate the credibility of the complainant or the company in question).  This allegation is completely erroneous, fabricated & completely out of bounds.  The undisclosed person didn’t even disclose her name, & I can assure you her statements are as far from the truth than it is possible to imagine.  It is absolutely the antithesis (opposite of) of what we are about, & how I operate my business.  We would love to have the ability to know who this person is so our law firm can proceed accordingly to look into the possibilities of pursing this undisclosed person for slander & libel. In the meantime, we will proceed to abolish these completely false accusations.  Please read below for further qualification & explanation of our rebuttal.

I have taken the time & effort to rebut these false accusations because I have worked extremely hard over almost 30 years to avoid such, & take tremendous pride in doing so.  For a little background information….We have been conducting business since 1996 as Topshelf Entertainment, & I have been in this business since 1984…almost 30 years.  We are the leaders of our industry, & are the gold standard to which we take extreme measures to not only give our clients the best service possible, but also to ensure the safety & success of all of our dancers, which is paramount.  I can assure you we would not be in business if we were operating in the manor this undisclosed ex-employee stated. 

Unfortunately, there are many unscrupulous, disgruntled people in this world that will do anything to tarnish your good reputation by whatever means possible if they feel they were slighted in any way for any reason, or felt they were entitled to more than all of the rest of us.  It is a shame the world has such characters, but for most clients & employees who do their due diligence, you will find our company to be one of the few legitimate businesses in this industry for many reasons.  In addition, everyone believes what they read on the internet to be true….not so fast.  Do your due diligence & research the facts before you believe any website.

As far as our employment policies go, we are the only company in our area that gives a 40 page employee manual to every dancer we hire.  We personally interview every dancer we hire.  We train every dancer we hire.  We make every dancer sign legal binding paperwork outlining every policy, rules, regulations, & standard operating policy we have.  In addition, we are the only company of its kind in our area that mandates each dancer is reported via 1099 to pay taxes.

I would recommend anyone who wants to work for our company, or book our services, to research our company by doing your due diligence to get the facts rather than rely on websites that do not qualify reviews before posting.  The first thing I would recommend is to research our company by doing the following:  For starters, go to the BBB Atlanta.  We have an A+ rating.  Next, go to the GA. state incorporations, to see we are a tax paying & legal entity.  Next, visit both of our websites & read all the rave reviews for our entertainers & our company by clicking on the dancer pictures on both the female & male dancer pages.  Finally, go to the employment section of our site to review all of our employee policies that we list.  Finally, due to the incredulous person who made these false accusations regarding our company’s employment policies, if that were the case, we would have been sued, or worse, arrested for criminal charges.  You can research our company to see if we have been sued or arrested for criminal or civil suits.  We have a clean, impeccable record.
