Topworld Express Courier Services, Eric Brown, Steve Mannix CLEARANCE FEE, INSURANCE & VAT London British Columbia

have been cheat by a man call Steve Mannix from London. He said he sent me gift and cash (Pounds Sterling 4000) as token.

After a few days I received email from Topworld Express (M) Courier Service and telephone call fr Mr. Eric Brown that there is parcel for me. But I have to pay admin and clearance fee before he can delivered the parcel. That amounting to MYR 3,460.00.

He asked me to bank into a staff bank account. Later he sent me another email stating that I have to pay for insurance and vat amounting to MYR4,952.29. He said he could not contact the sender.

I call the malaysian Custom and they said there were no such fees involve. So I call the courier I want to collect myself but they refused for me to pick up the parcel by myself, as they have to deliver at my doorstep.

I manage to contact the sender but he said he call the courier and said the money will be return after the parcel sent to me and the courier will only charge 20% of the insurance money. and the balance will return to me upon delivery. still, am doubt and never pay yet until i search from the internet says that this company is scammer.

I check the courier service in the internet and found that the courier service phone not the same as the phone no of eric brown, yet i trace the voice of eric brown and steve mannix most possibly is the same person. but they have different contact number. eric brown's ctc num is: +60135167268 / +60133384823. while steve mannix has this number: +447031826599. and I am suspected that he is in Malaysia right now.
