TorGuard 7 Day Refund Nonsense Internet

This will be short and simple.  I took a VPN account to try and reach draftkings.com.  On line chat says sign up and try if it doesn't work you can refund.  So I did.  didn't work so I asked for help.  Opened a ticket and got a dedicated IP trial.  During the course of the next week I corresponded with member chat line to get refund.  They kept asking me to wait and they would escalate to get it fixed.  On last correspondance they told me to open a ticket to get refund and my ticket was refused for being longer than seven days.  They say they have no record of my correspondance with chat line and asked me to prove it.  That's a joke.  Of course it is all logged.  In the end they offered 50% - I guess they are half guilty?  Total loss for me is like 12 bucks but it's the principle.  My log for refund was on Day 8 with four days of chat suppport asking me to wait.  A good company refunds that without thought.  You decide.  My other VPN Vypr - is outstanding.  I only tried this to see if I can make a football bet.
