TORN APPAREL Takes money - does not deliver goods - a huge rip-off Carol Stream Illinois

In September 2003, I ordered a 1/2 and 1/2 jersey from Torn Apparel. I explained that I needed it by the end of October. They took my order and charged my credit card.

As the due date approached, I called them to see if they had sent it. They told me that they could not make the jersey for me (Thanks for letting me know in advance!). They said they would issue a credit to my credit card.

A month went by - no credit. Two months went by - no credit. My calls to them went unreturned. I finally contacted my credit card company to investigate. They confirmed that a credit was never issued, but told me that too much time had passed for them to do anything.

I continue (almost a year now) to call and write letters to Torn Apparel, but they do not respond.

DO NOT order anything from this company. They take your money, never deliver the goods, and then refuse to refund your money.
