Be aware that Toshiba Financial Services/Toshiba Business Solutions-AZ do not always provide the complete information when providing a contract. I will admit that I didn't read every word, but I have had a number of copier contracts over the years and they have always been for the monthly payment and per copy charges that are on the contract.

Apparently there is a clause within the contract that allows them to make up to a 10% increase in these charges as they see fit. This was never discussed by the salesman and of course they did not provide any information validating the need for the increase. I know that the economy hasn't been the best and fuel prices have been higher since 2007, but this contract was signed in 2011 and I don't believe much has really changed for the worse since then. Just another way for a company to effectively bait and switch by low-balling the initial payments and then increasing down the road. Needless to say I will not do business with people like this in the future.
