When you sign up for Tossable Digits, it clearly states that they will not charge your card until you sign up for a specific service and receive a phone number. There were 'no numbers' available in my state, and no matter what I chose it would keep telling to pick another plan and that my card would not be charged until I had.

I decided to drop it and not take part in the service because of the lack of numbers available to me at this time. Because I had not chosen a number plan, I was not able to access my account until I had.

This would all be okay, only I have continually been charged every month for a number I never got. My account is not registered fully and again, clearly said I was not going to be charged unless I had received a phone number. Because I did not make it beyond the 'choose a number' stage, I can't access my account to cancel it myself, because there shouldn't have been anything to cancel!

So I tried to continue to choose another 'service plan' so that maybe I could access my account finally and cancel it myself. All three of the 'plan options' refused to process and would not let me go any further than the option screen. No matter which I chose, I could not receive any numbers of any kind.

After all of this, I've contacted their customer service over a dozen times through the past month and a half, in request that they cancel my account, given that I didn't have access to cancel it myself. I have received no responses whatsoever in this time, and I am still being charged monthly.

I am being charged for a service I am not receiving/cannot receive! Stay away from Tossable Digits and don't let the same thing happen to you!

psykat did sign up and provide her billing information to Tossable Digits. Unfortunately, an error occurred during our signup process, and our system did not give her a phone number automatically. The problem was not noticed until brought to our attention by psykat via email. We promptly apologized, had the problem fixed, added a new monitor to find customers with billed accounts but no numbers, and fully refunded her money after offering to provide her service for free for the next month.

Tossable Digits works hard to provide each and every customer with a great experience, and we are disappointed that psykat had a bad experience with our service.
