Total Card, Inc. (TCI) TCI & Razor Ignoseio, Customer Service Rep. Lisa Customer Service Rep., and Jennifer Supervisor Sioux Falls South Dakota

This company sent a letter indicating DTE Energy has turned an account that was either included in a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and has been discharged and/or was fraudulent by way of identity theft, based on the fact that after the Bankruptcy was satisfied we left Michigan and have proof of so. In any case, Jennifer was frustrated on the call advising I did not allow her to completer her script, if you are legitimate you don’t need a script, you know your job and should be able to it.

However, I explained it was not debt and provide not only the FTC reference number, but the FBI reference number as well. I also advise the call was mutually recorded (I was recording the call as well), and I further advised they are out of compliance by contacting me regarding this debt. She proceeded to attempt to talk, but I hung up on her. These people are crazy and desperate going after debt that has been discharged or is associated with identity theft. I would not be surprised if they found that these people are the very ones hacking people and steeling their identity!!!! What a SHAME!!!

Michigan Utility Commission and Deborah of DTE Energy have indicated not to talk with these people it’s a scam, they say the people find the debt or buy it and attempt to collect on it. It was said it is typically debt that has been either charged off or fraud. Consumer Be Ware!!
