Total Cleanse Trail terms and Conditions state"You are not obligated to purchase after you receive your free trial bottle and you may cancel at any time by calling 866-320-0038 or Chat Live at 222.MyTrialSupport.com within the 15 day cancellation period.
After repeated tries to call this number and being on "hold" for over an hour waiting for the next available representative, I checked the online statement for the card that I used. There was another phone number 888-445-7436. I called and message stated call back monday thru friday.
Needless to say, I am totally mad at this company screwing around and making it impossible to cancel within the time frame of their terms so I contacted the card company and requested information as to how to block this company from making further charges against this card.
Also note that when you try to contact them via their "Live Chat", you cannot connect to their site.
I am taking matters into my own hands by blocking charges and would advise anyone I know that they should not purchase anything from this company. They can go to any drug store and get a Cleansing system for much less. If they are unsure what they need all they need to do is speak with a pharmacist.
