Bought system 10/19/2013, Sent documentation under their shipping label 11/7/2013 never received from them any response ie email telephone nothing,

finally accessed web site information 12/26/2013 declined did not receive documentation, started trying to contact Total Defense 12/27/2013 no answer at customer service,

Answered today finally 1/21/2014 They are sorry but has been too long and they have closed my case. my $60.00 rebate is now in their acct not mine SCAM ALERT
