Total Domination Inc Employment fraud Franklin Park Illinois

I worked for this company on a trial basis, by mutual agreement, in December 2017. I discovered almost immediately that they had lied to me about the condition of their equipment. Both trucks I drove had serious mechanical problems. The trucks were both ex Knight Transportation equipment. Both were severely restricted on engine power, some of the weakest trucks I`ve driven in my career. My career spans well over 20 years. Truck 1204 had the most severe steering vibration I`ve seen in a truck. Very harsh ride and very poor handling. Also had some warning light and electrical problems. * I found a DUI test kit in the sleeper, left behind by the previous driver I`m guessing. I notified the owner immediately before I drove anywhere. Was told to throw it in the trash. I can document all of this. I felt lucky to get this truck back to Chicago. Truck 1203 had a serious headlight problem, which I didn`t discover till dark when I was far away from the yard. Headlights were weak, and they hit the ground about 30` in front of the truck. This truck also had a serious DPF problem, which the owner let slip that he knew about. I was on my way back to Chicago when this truck broke down in extremely cold weather 70 miles from the yard. The owner wanted me to keep driving, even though the truck couldn`t maintain even a minimum safe speed. I found a safe spot to park off a highway exit, and told the company to come tow it. All these issues after the owner told me the last driver reported no problems at all. There is simply no way the owner didn`t know about these problems, especially considering I picked this truck up at a repair shop.

There is no other way to describe the owner, Vitali. He is a liar. One of many in the Chicago area trucking business. The company is cheating me out of my final pay of about $800 because I refused to drive their unsafe junk truck any further. I try hard not to be judgemental. But I never did get a chance to ask who came up with that idiootic company name. Total Domination ? Seriously . I hope you guys at Total Domination see this.You guys lied to me, put me and my record at risk with your junk equipment, and screwed me out of my pay. So enjoy. Stay tuned. More to come.
