Total ILD TELESERVICES,VOX TRAIL LTD Voicemail Monthly Fee, ILD Teleservices Supposely had a toll free number much to my embarsment ,been charged since 10/04 $14.95 each month , Internet

11/24/10  In going over my bill with ATT I found a charge for $14.95 for VOX TRAIL Ltd.

I called ATT and was told that wasnt an  ATT service and I should call 800 433 4518..I did so and was told that was for my Toll Free Number I asked what toll free number and was told that I authorized it in Oct 04..She couldnt tell what the number was..After I got a little hot she said that all she could was credit me for the last 3 months..    She gave me a confirn# 13215 Her name was Isabell . I hung up and called ATT again ..Told the lady my conversation with Vox Trail and was told she would see if she could get more credited..She couldnt go back any further than Jan 09..She told me that I should contact the athorities...So I am contacting our local TV station that looks into this kind of thing...
