Total Impact - Dennis & Diana Seeman STOLE $50,000! Deposit given to DENNIS personally for window order. The order was NEVER placed, constant lies & excuses going on 6 months now. Law suit filed against Total Impact, Inc. per BBB/Florida. Total Impact will not respond to repeated requests. Fort Myers Florida

A deposit in the amount of $50,000 was given to this company for a window order. After several weeks of waiting, Total Impact, Inc. stated the windows were on back order. A confirmation number was requested from Total Impact and a phone number was also requested to whom the order was placed with by Dennies at Total Impact, Inc.
This took several days. A phone number was finally given and when contacted I was told that an order was never placed for my items and that Total Impact, Inc. had several bounced checks with this company. Dennis and Diana Seeman took my money and went to the Florida Keys on vacation with their family. Dennis only has whiney excuses of why my order was not placed such as family illnesses, which were all lies.
Dennis will not respond to requests from the Better Business Bureau of Florida and has many liens against himself and Total Impact, Inc. A lawsuit has been filed against this company but has yet to have an outcome. The purpose of this report is to warn all the honest contractors/builders in the lee/collier/charlotte area to stay clear of this LOW LIFE THIEF !!!

Dennis Seeman has another company Named Home Central Group.Located in Naples on Old Us 41. He is already taking more deposits from customers and has many many more bounced checks to companies where he buys his supplies and this is why he cant deliver the goods,NO ONE WILL give him credit lines. Dont give this man deposit money he will use it for his own personal use. He also has employees he doesnt pay on a timely manner because he cant make payroll.

As of Monday January 28, 2008...a notice has been placed on the front door of Total Impact, Inc. reading "EVICTED BY LEE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE" !! Maybe he should have paid the rent with the money he thieved rather than using it to fund his family vacation to the Florida Keys. This jerk and his wife are getting just what they deserve and it is only the beginning.
