TOTAL MERCHANT SERVICES TECHPAY credit card processing company This company has lied and duped me into electronic signatures without my knowledge and defrauded me by transferring money directly out of my bank account without my permission! Basalt Colorado

This company lied and told me that I was applying with them so see if I would be approved to do business with them.  They told me they needed every piece of sensitive information I had including bank account names, number, Social Security number, FEIN, and I told them I didnt want to give out my information.  They convinced me to give it to them under false pretenses that they needed it for me to submit an application for services with them and said they would not take any money out of my account.  

Next thing I know, there's a credit card processing machine at my door via fedex overnight.  I never signed up to do business with them, I only wanted to apply.  Then I could discuss it with my partners and mkae an informed decision with them together like we always do.  Turns out, what I was actually clicking on was an electronic signature saying i would do business with them or pay them a fee of $395.

They have stopped returning my calls ever since.  dont do business with this scam company!
