Total Merchant Services Fraudulent Activity Woodland Hills California

Total Merchant services are scam. We recommend you not to have their credit card services or you will have bad time from their side. We started their services last month. For some reason our terminal stopped processing credit card. We had contact with them and they did not solve our problem. After waiting for 2 weeks and tired of having contact with them again and again, we disconnected their services. We cancelled their services last week of april. We waited for them to send us mailing label for terminal. After a week, we called them and they were like " oh, we sent you label but we will send you again" We were waiting and waiting.

And just yesterday had contact with sales agent and told him that we did not get mailing label yet. He was like" ok, I am gonna look for that" and today on 05/22/2014, they took $500 out of our bank and reason is that we did not send them terminal. So basically they never sent us mailing label and were waiting for timeline to cross and charge us $500 for not sending them terminal. So basically we got robbed for the reason that was not even our fault.

I told sales agent that your terminal is sitting here, waiting for mailing label as we already had new terminal from new services. I will recommend everybody to be very careful when you go for their credit card services because at the end they will give you hard time. Better not to have their services. They were not supposed to withdraw money from our account without our permission and were supposed to send us any letter for charges. You are at risk when you give them your bank account number and routing number and they take money out whenever they want.
