Total Protection Plan Prizm Administrative Solutions Total Scam Car Warrantee - Covers Nothing - Misrepresented DONT BUY Wheatridge, Colorado

I was sold this warrantee by a reputable dealer in Boulder.  We called before I purchased the warrantee to be sure that the suspension system was covered.  They assured us over the phone that it was.  I paid 2999.00 for the upgraded warrantee because I wanted to be sure to get the suspension system covered and that is the only reason I even purchased the warrantee.  I have had two repairs (of different nature total over 3000.00 and they have not covered one penny.

This was so wront that the dealer (after three years of owning my car) has been helping me with the burden of the repairs.  The dealer also admits that they told me that the suspension system would be covered and remembers calling to confirm.

Seriously mis-leading wording and this company should not be trusted by anyone.
