Total Quality Cleaners totalqualitycleaners.com, Total Nightmare should be the name, not Total Quality. Worst Service and Business Ediquette ever encountered Upper Darby, Pennsylvania

So where do I start?  My girlfriend ordered there service on groupon so that I could get my property cleaned before moving new tenets in.  We need this done in between one tenent moving out and another moving in.  We had a sceduled date and time for 9am on a friday. I took the the first half of the day off of work so that I could be there so you could imagine that time was valuable.  When 10:00am came around, I got a little concerned knowing that I had to be on the road by noon to get to my appointments. 

I called them and left a msg and did not get a response.  At 10:30am my girlfriend made a call and they did answer, and where very rude to her, she explained that this was time sensitive and we needed someone there asap.  Their reply was that they did not know what they can say because they can not get in touch with their cleaning girls and they don't know what to tell us.  Basicly saying, tough sh*t, there is nothing we can do, and we'll call you when we know what is going on. 

Then I called about 1/2 hour later, and was asked by the man on the phone if I speak a different language then my wife, cause he is going to tell me the same thing he told her!   That is when i stopped him and told him how I felt at that point explaining that this is not how you do busieness and they need to be held accountable as I have now waisted a half day waiting for them, lost money from taking off of work, and they are excepting zero responsibility for having horrible customer service, horrible business ethics, and much more.  Then he told me f*ck me and f*ck my wife and my house, they do not need to talked to like that???

I then called back and explained how I was going to give them bad reviews online so that no one else out there ever has to deal with them and go through the same nightmare as we were, and have to put up with all of this nonsense when you hire a company to do a job.  Then I got a call back from the "Manager"  who sounded exactly like the guy I just talked to on the phone.  He said one of his employees said I was irate on the phone to him and he wanted to know what was going on.  I explained the whole story to him, who I still think was the same exact guy from the begining.  He apologized and told me that he would have someone there at 3pm later that day. 

At that time knowing I could not be there, I asked my mother if she could be there at 3pm to let them in.   Of course when 3pm came around,  they did not show,  Infact when I called him at 5pm, he said they would not be able to make but can come the next day, and would throw in carpet cleaning for free, which was actually suppose to be included in the service from the start, but that is a different story.  So saturday comes around and they are suppose to be there late afternoon.  They did not show up until about 8pm, and did not have the right equiptment to do the rugs, so they cleaned nothing and told her they would come back the next day and do it all. 

At this time I was still ok with them coming to clean, just so I could get it done.  I was going to call them the next day, but was told by two different neighbors that the guy that came to house urinated outside in the street near his truck, instead of just asking if he could use the bathroom.  At that point, I never contacting them again to try to get them to come out and do the job.  I just could not let it get any worse from there, and how could it get better?          If you are considering using this company please do not, becaue this was the worst business experience that I ever had.  After this all, I read some reviews online, and no surprise people had the same types of experience with them.  Please do not be their next Victim!
