Total Vending Concepts RIP OFF, STOLE MY MONEY Pensacola Florida

Wanting to have the American Dream, working for myself, owning my own business. I got screwed BIG TIME!!!!!

I didn't start off talking to Total Vending Concepts, I was given there name by a guy named Mike Cerrato of USA-Canada Vending Group, Inc. There was an ad about owning your own vending business. I called and spoke with Mr. Cerrato, he gave me Mike Nelson's number at Total Vending Concepts 1-800-719-8363, Nelson was in charge of finding the locations for the vending machine I was going to buy. Total Vending told me it had 8-9 locations in my area, prime locations just waiting for MY vending machines.

Well I wanted to see the locations first, this was NOT how Mike Cerrato of USA-Canada Vending Group, Inc did business, buy machines first then get locations. My conversations with Mr. Cerrato ceased.

I told Total Vending Concepts, that I wont need them because I wasn't buying any machines, this is when Mike Nelson said he could get me the same machines but for a cheaper price and show me the locations first. (FLAG) Mr. Nelson explained the location fee with $ 300.00 per location and the payment was 50% to be over night mail (Fed EX) to Mr. Nelson's location and the remainder to be paid to the locator. We were looking at purchasing 2 machines, so our total was $600.00. $300.00 was sent to Mr. Nelson.

A meeting was set-up with Zach Matthews, we met and he drove us around and showed us 4 locations, we walked in and looked at each site, we didn't talk to anyone about placement. (FLAG). Mike Nelson told me he had also spoken with the business owners and all four wanted machines. We ordered 2 machines for a total on $4500.00, we overnighted a cahiers check for $4500.00, and Mr. Nelson called and said he received it and he would place the order and our machines should be delivered in about 7 days.

As the 7th day came and went, I again spoke with Mr. Nelson who assured me that everything was fine and there was a delay at the warehouse, but not to worry. Several weeks passed and I spoke with Mr. Nelson concerning the locations and would they still be available, he assured me the locations were still good. Mr. Nelson also stated when the machine did arrive that Mr. Matthews would come to my home and help delivery them. Well that was the end of Feb and still no machines.

I spent most of March leaving messages for Mr. Nelson with no response. I tracked Zach down by the receipts he had given me, but the receipts had 2 different company names on them, I called and company and was told that Zach didn't work there and he shouldn't be using their paperwork.

So now it's April, I send an email to the company owner, whose name I got from the BBB in Florida, and haven't heard anything. I have filed a complaint with the Florida BBB and plan on doing the same with the Florida Fraud Division. When I first started thing I did check with the Florida BBB and it showed that Total Vending Concepts was not a member, but is didn't show a rating, since it now shows an unsatisfactory rating.
