I am a small businessman that recently started a small bulk vending business in Arizona.  I was researching vending machine locators and was warned to be wary of promises made.  Terry Sanders and his company Total Vending Concepts of Pensacola, Florida came highly reccommended by the company I purchased my machines from, so after speaking with Sanders I decided to procure the company's services.

I was told by Sanders that the cost would be $70 per location with the downpayment being half of the total, with the balance due to the locators that came to perform the services.  Upon the arrival of Bob Dillion and his son Bob I was told that there was an additional fee of $12 per machine to perform the entire range of services I had requested.  I paid the entire amount due and they went about their task of "assemblling and locating" my machines.

After about one week they were done and gone on to thier next victim, whoever that poor soul was.  I think he was from Colorado.  Within three days the calls started coming in from owners of  some of the locations procured telling me to come and pick up the machines.  I was told that permission was not granted for a machine to be placed in the business and one was put in anyway.  As of now I have had to pick up nearly 25% of my machines for that reason. 

I promptly contacted Mr. Sanders and I now use the term Mr. loosely, and was told that he would correct the problems and send someone to relocate my machines.  That was over two months ago and it has still not happened.

For a while Sanders retuened my calls and assured me that immediately after the July 4 holiday he would have somebody here to take care of the situation.  That never happened and now I realize it probably never will.  Since that time I have called several times and left messages asking for a progress report.  As time went by and calls were not returned my messages became harsher.  He called me after the first harsh message and again assured me that someone was working on relocating my machines and that the Dillions would never again be used by his "reputable company."

Since that time I have not been called back and now when I call I get a message saying the mailbox is full and can't even attain contact with the company.  I've been screwed, don't let it happen to you too.

Other problems I had with the service include incorrect addresses provided for the locations secured and product placed into vending compartments set for other products, allowing either too much product, in most cases, or not enough product to be vended to the consumer.

Once Sanders and his cohorts got their money they I am sure moved on to thier next victim.  I hope for your sake it wasn't you.

I have since discovered that there are several other complaints that had been lodged against this company.  I wish I had known about this website prior to making the mistake of doing "business" with this bunch of crooks.  Most of the stories sound familiar.  It appears we are all equal opportunity victims of experienced rip off artists.
