Total Visa Card by MidAmericanBank & Trust Company They offered a Secured Visa Card for $89.00 to which after taking the money they did not provide the card. Request has been made of them to return the funds but they will not. Sioux Falls South Dakota

On or about the end of July, 2017, I found an advertisment from them to obtail a secured credit card.  On the 2nd day of August, they requested the following information:     1) Copy of Valid Driver's License   2)  Copy of Social Security Card  3) Copy of Recent Utility Bill OR Copy of Recent Bank Statement;  that all of the above information be Faxed to them at 605-339-7550.  " these documents must verify the address in your application.  Please send this information within 30 days from the date of the letter in order for yure application to be processed.  If we do not receive the information by that date we will regettably be unable to give further consideration to your credit request.  We will then consider your application withdrawn and funds received will be returned by the method received"  They subsequently debited our bank account for the requested $89.00 but as of this writing 11/03/2017 have not provided the Creit Card or returned our funds.
