I ordered a set of beaters for my electric mixer from Totalvac.com. Per their website, I ordered the set that matched my mixer's model number. Their website picture of the beaters I was ordering also matched the appearance of my old beaters that I was replacing because they were rusty. Processing and delivery were very slow - Totalvac took about 4 weeks to deliver the beaters. They were out of stock and Totalvac took about 2 1/2 weeks to even let me know this. When I finally received the set of beaters, they were completely the wrong set by size and would not fit my mixer. I explained this repeatedly to Totalvac in e-mails. They refused to believe that they had made a mistake and continued to say that they had sent the correct set. Totalvac expects me to return the beaters at my shipping expense in order to receive a refund only for the price of the beaters. So after waiting one month and paying about $18, I may recoup about $5 of my original expenses Totalvac charged and still not have a new set of beaters to use. See below to read the exchanged e-mail conversations. Whatever rebuttal(s) Totalvac may come up with, don't believe them - they are not correct. The facts are here. Do not do business with Totalvac.

Whatever you may think, this is the wrong set of beaters you sent. They do not look like the picture on your website, and they do not look like my rusty set of beaters used in my mixer. The beater set shown on your website (103350) matches/looks just like my old set of beaters I am trying to replace. You just can't get me the set shown on your website for some reason. I expect a full refund including shipping - $10.95 + $6.95 = $17.90. I will return this wrong set when I receive a Return Shipping Label from you. I chose to order from you because you had the best price. What a mistake and a nightmare this has been!
