I went online on JULY 17, 2013 MADE A QUOTE .tHEN WHEN i WENT HOME A SERVICE OPERTOR CALLED HE INFORMED ME THAT i will received a mail in form the next day. i MAILED IN MY HTC PHONE THE NEXT DAY ON jULY 18,2013.TO sAN dIEGO ADDRESS i CHECKED THE TRACKING tOTEM HAD RECIEVED MY ON jULY 22,2103.i THINK TO BE UNFAIR MY PHONE WAS IN MINT COND NO WORD FROM THIS COMPANY. tHEN i WENT TO THE ONLINE REPORTS FIND THE BAD NEWS WHAT RIP OFF.kAREN D.
