I sent my cell phone to Totem in October of 2013. after using their tracking feature, I saw that my phone had been received and processed on 10-31-2013. I have had no communication from this company since. I have sent several emails with no response, their phone number 888-224-7231 is now disconnected and I have been RIPPED OFF.

Do not use this company under any cercumstances!!! you will lose your phone and will receive no payment. I saw another rip off report that gave the CEO of Totems cell number as 484-919-1542 and his email address as nicholas@hellototem.com. I tried using this info but I still have had no response. This company stole from me and should be held accountable.
