I have just been scammed by this official looking company.
The scam works as follows;

You will be offered a number of "off market properties" in central London. The sale is timed for 2 months later for "tax reasons"
To secure the properties immediately a deposit into "client escrow account"is required.

Meanwhile "Julian Tottman" offers additional "below market value" properties. These are 100k below market value just give a deposit and you have "secured them" The sale gets pushed off another 2 months for "tax reasons" Calls and emails go unanswered.

When you ask for your deposit back you will be told you have "pulled out" and he does not legally have to give you your money back!
