*Consumer Comment: So.. File another complaint with TOM.
Touch of Modern appears to rely on distributors who ship defective merchandise and TOM does nothing to check or insure quality control. I have ordered several watches from TOM, all of which have been defective in some one. I ordered a Graham watch arrived in two pieces, and it will take several months to ship it to England to be fixed.
There was NO WARRANTY on the watch because TOM's distributor is shipping out grey market watches, according to the local dealer.
Bottom line. Do not by any expensive merchandise from TOM, especially watches. They have no quality assurance and repeatedly ship defective merchandise.

Your not helpless here. If they closed your trouble ticket prematurely, then file another.
