Order a hosted predictive dialer from Touchstar. Signed a contract which specifically state that security deposit is refundable. Did not last one month with their crappy program. Cancelled account and requested refund. NEVER got my REFUND and it's been over 4 months now. They deemed it earned or something. The moment I cancelled the account i requested my refund and been ignored.

Not only they're too expensive, Touchstar loves to nickel and dime you to death for everything. Touchstar's system has lots of flaws & errors. Outsourced tech support is a waste time and hard to understand.

Their hosted predictive dialer is supposed to be dial automatically but every 5 minutes you get disconnected. Computer lock and must restart your computer which takes time if you have lots of telemarketers suppose to be dialing. NOT VERY FRIENDLY. WASTE OF TIME.

In addition, learning their system is time consuming and very frustrating.

I spent more time trying to learn the program and fixing errors than my whole telemarketing dept spent time calling. Not only lost revenue, I lost money because my telemarketers couldn't make calls so they just wait around until computer boots up.

I complained and griped with the salesman, management and tech support still was ignored my many emails and phones calls requesting for my refund. When you get a hold of a person he easily tells you that he would refer my request to a manager. Every since my account has been cancelled i have been ignored and still no refund. Don't buy from Touchstar or you'll regret it.

Touchstar don't REFUND security deposit. TouchStar is all promise and their contract is 10 pages long. NO wonder why? Don't trust Touchstar.com
