tours4fun A complete RIPOFF from _______!!!! Arcadia California

This is the first time I have ever filed a complaint after a trip.    Please do not book a trip wth this company.  I wish we had read the negative remarks and heeded them.

Our trip was the 7 day Yellowstone National Park, West grand Canyon (Skywalk) tour.  We honestly couldn't wait for this trip to end..  A bus picked us up from our hotel (we had flown in the day before from the east coast) and took us to a central meeting area where we were to begin our tour.   We were the only 4 Americans there.  We were surrounded by Asian adults and children all speaking their own language.  We had no idea we had booked an Asian tour.  We were not told up front so this was the beginning of the disaster.  

We finally boarded a green bus and were on our way.  The tour director spoke excellent English and Chinese.  So he had to speak to us in English and then describe everything in Chinese.  This was ok but the more he spoke in Chinese the higher his voice until it just grated on my nerves.  But that wasn't the main problem.  The main problem was the BUS. It kept breaking down.  The driver had to cut the air conditioning off in order for the bus to climb a hill.   We are in CAlifornia the last of July and the first of August traveling with 50 people in HOT weather.   The smells and body orders were just plain awful!  The bus was leaking diesel fuel so as we drove along we were leaving a trail of fuel.  Our driver tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay fix.   At one point we thought we were going to have to get out and push.  They should have sent another bus for us but they didn't until we got back to Vegas after 5 days of heat and breakdowns. The last day of the trip we were issued another bus with Air!!

Also, they definitely cater more to the Chinese than the Americans when it came time to eat. Chinese restaurants were always available but not so for the Americans.

Moral of the Story--Once they get your money you are on your own and GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!!
