05-11-2008. I was trying to buy a car at the car auction place on 441 right by the hard rock cafe. I was told i would have someone with a dealers license to buy a car.I was contacted by mr. Alex Tout. He showed me several Chev impala cars he would bid on. I advised him not to go over $5,000.00 dollars. He stated to me i could not be there while the aucton was going on. So i went back to work. Mr alex stated i would have to give a deposit of $3,150.00 dollars. Balance of car after biding for car $2,000.00 dollars. Mr alex Bagay disappeared with my money any not contacting me about my money. I was buying this car for my son who graduated from high school. My surpise never came about.
