I purchased a BlackBerry from Tower Audio & Cellular. They are a reseller of Verizon Wireless products. However, they market their products as brand new like you would receive at one of Verizon's retail stores. They made a big show of giving me a special discount and as they put it "a brand new" battery.
When I got home I noticed the phone had scratches and the battery would only stay charged for 4 hours at most. I took it to the store and they said it was fine to keep trying. When I got no where with them I went to Verizon owned store. After pulling up the phone's history they told me that I was the third owner of the phone and that it was not brand new. These people scammed me into thinking I was getting a brand new phone when all they sell are refurbished pieces of garbage!
