i sold my home to fastpropertybuyer.com i asked them if they wanted to take over the payments on the alarm system According to Ira yes they did so i e-mailed him the paperwork on the alarm they never took over payments then i remembered that i was under a 3 year contract and they could not take over the alarm i e-mailed ira told him that i would have to come and get the alarm he said okay gave me the code to get into the house i called the alarm company had to wait until they could give me an appointment to come and remove the alarm and install it at my present address when we got there on 1/7/06 no alarm panel three of the sensors were missing. I called stonegate properties to report the thief at first the guy did not want me to call the police he told me that he would call the contractor the see if he saw the alarm never called me back i had to call him back he told me that the contractor did see the alarm there. They wanted me to file a claim with my homeowner insurance for their thief of my property i don't think so i will see them in court.
