I bought four trailer's lights through Towing and Trailers's internet shop.When received the package, I found that one of the lights was not in original packaging and was already mounted and  therefore damaged. I notified the seller about that, but he claimed, that the package was inspected and therefore in good condition, but he recognized that the on of the lights was on the exhibition billboard. I sent the photos of demaged light.

After a week without a response from seller, I returned the demaged light to seller by post. When the seller had received the light returned, he replied that such a product was not sent by them, therefore they will not replace it, but if I want the demaged light back, I have to pay postage again.
