Town & Country Chrysler Town & Country Chrylser Contract Switch Seattle, Washington

I purchased a 2005 Dodge Caravan fron Town & Country Chrysler in Seattle.  My credit wasn't all that great. I thought that they was doing me a favor.  They actually seemed nice until I had questions about the contract.  He was trying to get me to sign three different contracts with no information it them.  The salesman and I got into an argument about me signing the contacts.  The manager came out and was telling me this the way we do it, so we can call the banks with your permission with a sign contract.  Like a dummy, I signed all three contracts.  I was told the first time that a bank gave me a lone at 9% and then later the salesman came back and said that the bank denied me, so lets try another bank, the same thing happen again.  The salesman said we will get you financed.  I told them to forget it.  The salesman said take the vehicle home since you already signed the contract and we will get you financed, the banks are all closed now.  The next day I went to the dealership and he  tells me good news we got you financed.  He proceed to tell that the bank gave me a 25% loan.  I said forget that.  The salesman told me that with this loan if I paid my payments on time for six months the loan will go down to 3.9.  What he failed to tell me was that particular bank do not refinanace their own loans.  The salesman told me that I didn't have a payment for 45 days.  The bank call me and told me I was behind on my payments.  I told them that I was told that I had 45 days.  The banks said that their loan papers didn't say that.  You see, I didn't get any paper work, it was going to be mail to my house after they cleared up a few things.  The contract that I received was nothing like the salesman told me and to top it off the fly by night company the hook me up with has changed names so many times that I can't rememeber them all.  They are a rip-off also.  I am now paying payments to some company call Portfolio Service, Inc and this is the topper.  I called the company today to find out what day is the end of my contract and she says July 02, 2011.  I'm thinking yes, then she says at that time I have a final one time payment of $6000.00 due or I will not be complient with my contract and they can repo my vehicle.  so after making a 545.00 payment for six years.  I have to pay an additional $ 6000.00 for this van that is now worth $6000.00.  I am so mad.  Where is the justice for the citizens of this Nation that gets Rip-off by companies like this that has us over a barrel.  I wished that I could afford a lawyer, I would sue Town $ Country Chrlsler in Seattle for providing false information, switching contarcts,mental stress and for just right out lying.  How is it okay for these companies to keep doing this to us?  Where is the justice?  They have all the power and we have none.  They will keep getting away with this and ruining peoples lives without a care in this world.  They do not care who they lie to or how they get you to sign those contracts as long as they get their money in the end
