TOWN VILLAS OF BOCA RATON is an awful place to live. The board never agrees upon anything. Living here is like being on in-house arrest! The board violates ones constitutional rights, and their privacy.

Individual residents are chosen by individual selection, individual enforcement and then scrutinized.
If you are disabled don't bother to come here! For non-abled bodies, it would be very hard to utilize the clubhouse because everything is under lock and key. If you don't have use of your hands, then you can't use a key to open the clubhouse doors or the pool gate. For the newer motorized wheelchairs...lots of luck making a turn in the bathrooms or library. Just not enough accessibility!

This community IS NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY! There are two choices here. Either enforce the law as to where this community becomes accessible or find a happier community that will accept you as you are....an IMPORTANT HUMAN BEING.
