I ordered some toys for my son totalling $273.99. I have not received the toys (Bakugan) and it has been over one month! I have not been able to get a refund from TOY GLOBE.COM either. Thankfully, I ordered the items with my debit card. I am able to dispute the purchase through the bank. But my son is disappointed, and now I have to wait to get the $273.99 back in my account. This is a toy company!
Like my son, many of the kids that order look online with their parents and pick the toys out. Imagine my child, literally, running out front everytime a car passed our house to see if it was a delivery!! He "looked out" for his toys for two weeks, only to be disappointed by the realization they were not coming! To top off the whole horrible experience, it is impossible to reach this company by phone or get a response in any way!! Please think twice before ordering.
